Legal Quality Assurance
Compliance Executive
Responsibilities:
- Research Indonesia/Malaysia legislations related ecommerce business
- Provide business regulatory and legal counsel
- Government relations
- “Think outside the box”, attempting to stimulate unanticipated user behaviour, and determine and locate any weaknesses or faults in the system
- Inspect company’s products and users, ensuring quality according to not only industry and government standards but also customer expectations
- Handle buyer disputes and legal claims from IPR owners and overnment agencies regarding IPR, counterfeit, and ordinance violations
- Transaction monitoring(credit card misuse, fraud investigation, fictitious transactions, chargeback disputes)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree equivalent in Indonesia or Malaysia Law / Science of Public Administration or legal related field
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in related field (or Law faculty graduates)
- Effectively bilingual in Bahasa and English or Chinese(preferable English)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta
- Strong observation skills and capable problem solving skills
- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Law/Legal Services, Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
